EUROENERGO ESPAÑA, S.L. is a company that responds to the needs in the sector of fiscal storage of hydrocarbons, carrying out its activities at the facilities of the Port of Tarragona. The environmental and quality management is an integral part of the management of the company and is among the priorities of the same by the nature of its activity.
Accordingly EUROENERGO ESPAÑA, S.L., as a framework for the establishment of environmental and quality objectives, was certified on 26/08/2005 according to the international standards UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015.

ISCC EU is recognized by Renewable Energy directive (RED) and the Fuel Quality Directive (FQD) of the European Commission and complies with sustainability requirements for biofuels sold in the European Union.

Environmental and quality management is an integral part of the company’s management and is among its priorities due to the nature of the activity. EUEROENERGO, S. L. assumes the following principles, as a frame of reference for the environmental and quality objectives.
Management System: The Directorate has allocated the resources necessaries for the maintenance and integration of environmental management, quality system and international sustainability & carbon certification. Economic, technical, environmental, safety and health aspects are integrated. Quality and sustainability aspects also contribute to health work environments.
Commitments: Maintain a policy of understanding, respect and compliance with general and environmental regulations applicable, as well as collaboration with neighborhoods and competent authorities. Taking into account environmental aspects and sustainability criteria in all activities, in order to minimize impacts and promoting rational use with the environment and resources. As well as, with the content of the agreement of good practices in environmental matters with Tarragona Port Authority.

Use of resources: It encourages better use of raw materials and natural resources using the best technology available, economically viable and appropriate.
Prevention: The environmental criteria are essential in making decisions regarding investments, products and processes, in order to prevent environmental impacts from their origin. Especially the cleaning and maintenance of equipment and work surfaces.
Follow-up: working on the basis of continuous analysis of objective data provided by management system and of the environmental changes both local and global.
Continuous Improvement: promoting the continuous improvement of processes is considered a key piece in the performance of the organization, which must reconcile the compliance of the requirements acquired with the customers, giving a satisfactory service, environmental aspects with the progress of productivity and socioeconomic status.
Communication: the internal communication is continuous and smooth, allowing to know the effects of operations, and policy and environmental objectives. The external communication aims to cooperation with companies contracted, as well as transparency at the institutional level and social environment.
